Dr. Linda F. Williams' undergraduate criminal justice research at Calvin University resulted in a Prison Fellowship, Hope Network, and Exodus Correctional Ministries partnership under the Prison Fellowship New Initiative Grant. The partnership initiated the Exodus LifeChange project in the mid-1990s, the model for which is partially evident in the Michigan Prisoner Re-entry Initiative. She is the founder of Whose Apple Dynamic Coaching and Consulting Services and the creator of the Whose Apple Dynamic 360 GPS RoadMap.
